Fifty years later, in November 2025, she would stand on a global stage as Mrs Classic Universe 2nd Runner-Up, placing Top 3 in the world — crowned in the very same month she was born. A perfect full circle. A cosmic alignment. A story only destiny could write.
The DNA That Revealed Destiny
The day she set out to find her biological parents, she traveled to the address listed on her birth certificate (the very piece of paper, detailing who she really was, kept from her until the age of 21). The house was gone. The street had changed. The people had moved on. But she didn’t feel disappointed. She felt clarity.
Instead of giving up, she took a different step — a modern one. She sent her saliva sample to MyHeritage DNA, not out of longing, but out of a desire to learn. And the results came back like poetry:
A blend of Chinese and French Indochinese heritage. A lineage shaped by culture, history, migration, resilience — a mix as rich and complex as the woman she had become.

Appointed by ERM Singapore to represent the country on the global stage in November 2025, she went on to achieve an outstanding Top 3 placement, earning the title of Mrs Classic Universe 2025 – 2nd Runner-Up.
“Dignity at Life’s End” – Hospice & Wish-Granting Work
Lillian walks with people during their final chapters, as a hospice volunteer at St Andrew’s Community Hospital. She is the listening ear & a voice for patients’ final wishes, gratitude, and unspoken words. Bringing authenticity rarely seen in pageantry. Her story resonates because it reflects real life — its fragility, its resilience, and its capacity for reinvention. On top of that, Lillian is also a Wish-granting volunteer with Ambulance Wish Singapore. Helping fulfil last wishes and create meaningful final memories for the beneficiaries.
What makes her voice compelling is not just compassion, but experience. Lillian herself has survived three near-death encounters — complications during childbirth, a near-fatal car crash, and a serious illness. These moments didn’t break her; they expanded her capacity to connect, understand, and serve. Her strength is not a performance — it is lived, felt, and deeply earned. Every competition she joins represents healing, growth, and gratitude for the life she still gets to live.
